中文隐私政策

本政策说明 Beh Ee Kheng（「我们」）如何在使用 Facebook Page 管理与分析应用时处理资料。本应用用于管理已获授权的 Facebook Page、发布内容及分析 Page 成效。

1. 我们可能处理的资料

根据你实际授予的权限和使用的功能，我们可能处理：

• 授权账号的基本识别资料，以及可管理的 Page 名称、ID 和管理权限。
• Page 贴文、照片、发布时间及相关内容。
• Meta API 提供的互动数据和汇总成效指标。
• 启用相关功能并获得权限时，留言、互动或私讯中可通过 API 取得的资料。
• 用于连接服务的访问 Token，以及故障排查所需的技术记录。
• 你通过邮件向我们提供的联络资料及请求内容。

本应用不要求你提供 Facebook 密码，也不以收集医疗记录或其他敏感个人资料为目的。

2. 资料用途

我们将资料用于验证授权、连接指定 Page、执行你要求的发布或管理操作、制作成效报告与内容建议，以及维护服务安全、排查问题和回应你的请求。我们不会出售个人资料。

3. 第三方服务与 AI 处理

我们通过 Meta / Facebook API 取得和管理已授权的资料。使用 AI 分析或草稿功能时，所需的内容和指标可能由所使用的 AI 服务商（包括 OpenAI）处理。若你选择以 Google Drive 保存配置或文件，Google 也会处理这些资料。此政策网页由 Cloudflare 托管。我们按功能需要向服务商提供资料；服务商依其服务条款及隐私政策处理资料，处理地点可能在你所在国家之外。

4. 保存与安全

资料只在实现上述用途、处理请求或遵守适用义务所需期间保存。授权撤销或收到删除请求后，我们会删除不再需要且由我们控制的资料；法律要求保存的资料除外。我们采取合理的访问控制和安全措施，但无法保证任何传输或保存方式绝对安全。

5. 你的选择与资料删除

你可以在 Facebook 的应用或业务整合设置中移除本应用的授权。移除授权不会自动删除此前保存的全部资料。你也可以联系我们申请查阅、更正或删除由我们控制的个人资料。具体申请方法见下方「资料删除」。

6. 本网页与儿童资料

本政策网页不包含表单、广告追踪、分析脚本或由我们设置的 Cookie。Cloudflare 可能为传送网页和保障安全处理 IP 地址及技术请求记录。本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不故意收集其个人资料。

7. 政策更新

如用途或功能发生变化，我们会更新本网页及生效日期。中文和英文版本旨在表达相同内容。

English Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Beh Ee Kheng ("we") handles information through this Facebook Page management and analytics application. The application manages authorized Facebook Pages, publishes content and analyzes Page performance.

1. Information we may process

Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, we may process:

• Basic identifiers for the authorizing account, and the names, IDs and management permissions of available Pages.
• Page posts, photos, publication times and associated content.
• Engagement data and aggregated performance metrics available through Meta APIs.
• Information available through the APIs in comments, interactions or messages, when the corresponding features and permissions are enabled.
• Access tokens needed to connect services and technical records needed for troubleshooting.
• Contact details and request information you send us by email.

The application does not ask for your Facebook password and is not intended to collect medical records or other sensitive personal information.

2. How we use information

We use information to verify authorization, connect the selected Page, perform publishing or management actions you request, prepare performance reports and content suggestions, maintain security, troubleshoot issues and respond to requests. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers and AI processing

We access and manage authorized information through Meta / Facebook APIs. When AI analysis or drafting features are used, necessary content and metrics may be processed by the AI service providers used, including OpenAI. If you choose Google Drive to store configuration or files, Google also processes that information. Cloudflare hosts this policy website. We provide information to providers as needed for the relevant feature; providers process it under their own terms and privacy policies, potentially outside your country.

4. Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for the purposes above, to handle requests or to meet applicable obligations. After authorization is revoked or a deletion request is received, we delete information under our control that is no longer needed, except where retention is legally required. We use reasonable access controls and security measures, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Your choices and deletion

You can revoke the application's authorization in your Facebook app or business integration settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete all previously stored information. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information under our control. See the data deletion instructions below.

6. This website and children

This policy website contains no forms, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies set by us. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request logs to deliver and secure the website. The application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Updates

We will update this page and its effective date when purposes or features change. The Chinese and English versions are intended to convey the same information.

资料删除 / Data Deletion

请发送邮件到 eekheng6@gmail.com，主题写「Facebook App Data Deletion」。请提供相关 Page 名称或 ID、能识别你的资料，以及希望删除的资料范围。不要发送密码或访问 Token。我们会在必要时核实身份、处理由我们控制的资料，并回复处理结果或依法保留的原因。你也可以在 Facebook 设置中撤销应用授权。

Email eekheng6@gmail.com with the subject "Facebook App Data Deletion". Include the relevant Page name or ID, enough information to identify your data and the scope of deletion requested. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will verify identity where necessary, address information under our control and reply with the outcome or reasons for any legally required retention. You can also revoke the application's authorization in Facebook settings.
